• FAR Policy Subject Matter Expert (SME) -- Advisor to the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council (CAAC) developing FAR and DFARS policy business cases for implementation in the SAM.gov integrated award environment. Knowledge of rulemaking and understand the role of High-Def acquisition data in strategic decision-making by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Small Business Administration (SBA). 

• Small Business Consultant -- Coach and trusted resource for small businesses interested or active in the Federal marketplace, knowing the steps to help small businesses make Federal connections, find prime and sub opportunities, provide free resources, advice, and support during contract or subcontract performance.

• SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) -- Faced the SAM.gov registration and SBA certification processes myself and understand the unique challenges small businesses face. Understand the information required of SAM.gov (I wrote some of it) and to maintain registration and/or certification status. 

• Instructor / Speaker / Author -- Experienced training developer and instructor, teaching thousands of Federal personnel at Defense and Civilian agencies and via the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI). I've performed the tasks I teach and know the ins and outs on acquisition topics such as cost reimbursement contracting, earned value management, work break down structures, developing evaluation criteria and proposal review, contract administration and closeout, COR basics, utilization of small businesses, GSA Schedule contracts, and use of the governmentwide purchase card. Requested guest speaker at regional Federal Executive Board (FEB), PMI, SAME, Institute of Commercial Payments (2024), and annual Visa Government Forum (2023 and 2024).
